Jordi Fernandez
has been practicing law since 2003 and during that time has gained extensive experience in real estate litigation, both commercial and residential, landlord/tenant law, elder law and estate administration. Prior to starting his own practice in 2016, Jordi worked at a full service real estate firm for 13 years where he gained extensive motion and trial experience in Supreme Court, Surrogates Court, Housing Court and Civil Court.
Since he has been practicing, Jordi has also developed extensive experience in guiding his clients through City and State agency compliance including the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) where he worked as a law student, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (DHPD), the Commission on Human Rights where he volunteered after law school and the Department of Buildings.
Now on his own since February 2016, Jordi emphasizes client attentiveness and communication so that his clients can make informed decisions. Jordi takes the time to understand the issues confronting his clients and explores solutions to those problems with his clients so that his clients can be guided through the controversies before them.
